We at EatForCharity take your orders very seriously and do everything possible to ensure you receive what you asked for, when you asked for it.

If your order did not arrive as expected; whether it be missing items, wrong items, damaged goods, or some other problem, rest assured we'll help take care of it.

  • Option 1): At the top of each order receipt is the restaurant's phone number. You're welcome to call them directly to try to resolve the issue. If you have any trouble communicating with them, can't get through to them, are unable to achieve your desired outcome from speaking with them, or simply prefer to speak with our amazing customer service staff, choose Option #2 below.
  • Option 2): Click here for various options on how to contact our customer service team at EatForCharity, available Monday through Friday from 9am to 11pm or Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 9pm, or click the Live Chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of any page on EatForCharity.
