At EatForCharity, we've integrated key technologies to allow you to track your order from the time you place the order to the moment it arrives to your door; including seeing where the delivery driver is with your order!

When a merchant accepts your order, you will receive a notification letting you know that the order has been accepted and they are working on it.

If the Merchant chooses to manage the delivery on his own, they will update the order status along the way. Each time they update the order status, you will automatically receive a notification to help you track your order.

If the merchant chooses to use EatForCharity's delivery and tracking service, you will receive notifications upon the following status changes to help you track your delivery: 

  • Awaiting Pickup: When the driver is on his way to pick up the food,
  • En Route: When the driver has picked up his food and is on his way to you,
  • Delivered: When the driver has arrived to the delivery destination.

TIP: You can click on the notification, or the link provided with the notification, to go to your order and track the location of the delivery driver as well!
