If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you can do so via the "Order History" panel in your user profile. 

Click on your username at the top right corner of EatForCharity to access your Profile. If you're on a mobile device, you may need to click the menu icon at the top right of the screen first to see your username. Once on your profile, click the "Order History" icon (which looks like an open book), then click "Cancel Order" button next to the order number you'd like to cancel.

If you have any issues, you can also contact our Customer Service team. Click here to various options on how to contact our customer service team at EatForCharity, available Monday through Friday from 9am to 11pm or Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 9pm, or click the Live Chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of any page on EatForCharity.

If you need to request a refund for any reason, please click here.

Note: We may need to contact the Merchant to confirm the cancellation. If you need to cancel an order, please try to do so as quickly as possible. Once your food has been made it may not be possible to cancel.
